Limen significa in latino soglia, confine, passaggio.

There are moments when nature reveals its true measure. Lightning belongs to a time that predates any human presence on Earth. It is energy, light, matter, transformation. It appears in the darkness, crosses the sky, and disappears in an instant, leaving behind nothing but a trace. The clouds gather, the sky darkens, the light changes. Then, suddenly, something emerges: a flash tears through the darkness and, for an instant, illuminates a world that seemed not to exist. These are manifestations of a nature that cannot be contained, fully predicted, or brought under human control. Nature does not rebel. It does not need to. It continues along its course, according to laws that precede every form of life and that will continue beyond its disappearance. Limen means threshold, boundary, passage in Latin. It is the point beyond which control gives way, and what once seemed governable returns to follow its own course. For too long, we have asked more of the Earth than it could give, consuming resources, disrupting balances, and pushing its limits. Nature does not take revenge. It responds. And when the balance is disturbed, its force manifests once again, reminding us that there is something that cannot be possessed, controlled, or stopped. Limen is the threshold beyond which nature becomes free once again.
